Sorry, but we've had to discontinue the quesions and answers section at Best Years. However, we do have a lot of options for you to get more information and help regarding midlife issues. In the future, we will begin building a reference section on this page to list these options. For now, here are some:

• Friends of Best Years This is the guest registry at bestyears and will give you opportunity to post a message and hear from others.
• Other forums on Best Years (You can read and post to The Midlife Crisis Forum or any individual discussion page at any time. Remember, these are not questions for me, but responses and, if you want, questions for other people to answer).
