Response: Walking, A Passion Worth Pursuing

 I agree, walking really is the best! I also have a mini-trampoline in my bedroom, where I "walk/jog" away for 20-25 minute periods while I either watch TV or listen to my "Little River Band" Casette. I've lost 18 pounds since I started the walking/jogging regimen and am feeling happy. So, yeah!! for us baby boomers who found something else to be "vogue".
